How long will my property lease for?

We lease properties for typically 3 to 5 years, but we aim to work with you for as long as we can as building trustworthy, long term relationships is important to us.

Who pays the utility bills?

We do! All utility bills are covered. We guarantee the rent each and every month, without charging a single fee.
